In 2013, Deloren Maier joined the Portfolio Resident Services (PRS) team as a Resident Service Coordinator, facilitating supportive programming at communities for families and seniors. Later, she spent time as a Regional Coordinator and Associate Director, eventually becoming responsible for the development of the company’s compliance department, for which she now serves as director. 

Deloren and her team ensure each client remains in line with the service requirements spelled out in the Land Use Restriction Agreement, collaborating with the field team so this compliance remains top-of-mind alongside the PRS mission to empower and uplift residents while building community. 

After attending Our Lady of the Lake University, Deloren spent time working as a flight attendant, but eventually began searching for a career that aligned with her values. She has always prioritized giving back through volunteerism, including women’s groups, church programs and more. She attributes this lifelong commitment to her mother, who worked as a director for a community services program and served victims of domestic violence. 

At home, Deloren loves to spend time with her 12-year-old dog, Blue. She’s passionate about travel, and while she enjoys spending time overseas, she is particularly proud of visiting all 50 states, noting that our country is diverse, beautiful, and often under-appreciated. A few of her favorite recent trips include Hawaii, Montana, South Dakota and Maine.
