As Community Services Director for the Austin and San Antonio regions at Portfolio Resident Services (PRS), Lesly Reynaga works to serve the company’s service coordinators and clients, continuing to cultivate a positive impact in the lives of residents.

Lesly has been with PRS since 2017, starting as a Resident Services Coordinator and later becoming the Regional Coordinator in South Austin in 2020. 

Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, she has lived in Texas since 2008, moving to McAllen as a teenager before attending The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned a B.S. in Public Relations.

Beyond her work serving underserved communities, particularly Spanish-speaking immigrant families, Lesly is also a musician, having performed as a vocalist and guitarist in the UT Mariachi Ensemble. Lesly has been married for two years and is a proud mother of two boys.

Lesly is passionate about making a difference in her community. In this role her main goal as a Community Services Director is to lead our growing portfolio in Austin and San Antonio to provide impactful services to the communities we serve. From building meaningful connections with clients to offering the highest quality services to our residents, none of it happens without a coordinated team effort. She aims to provide guidance to empower and inspire our excellent field teams to continue making a difference through our daily work.
