Nancy Salazar
Director of Human Resources
With over 17 years of professional experience, Nancy has a deep-seated passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. She began her career as a Customer Service/Sales Representative, a role she held for two years before pivoting to Human Resources—a transition fueled by her passion for employee advocacy. For the next four years, she honed her skills as a Payroll Coordinator and Human Resources Assistant, where she was instrumental in streamlining internal processes and improving employee relations.
Nancy has been with PRS for over 10 years, beginning as an HR Coordinator before being promoted to her current role, Human Resources Director. As such, she oversees a team of three people in the Human Resources department and is responsible for a range of key functions including talent acquisition, employee development, compliance, employee relations, and compensation management. Furthermore, she plays a critical role in establishing a positive company culture that aligns with PRS’s mission to improve the quality of life for communities, families, and individuals.
Nancy is immensely passionate about her role and takes great pride in being part of the PRS family, a company that resonates with her own values of community betterment. When she’s not working, she loves crafting, planning parties, and spending quality time with her husband and their French bulldog, Lexi. She also values opportunities to volunteer alongside her colleagues at PRS, finding great joy in coming together as a company to connect and help others.
Balancing her work and personal life successfully, Nancy is a true embodiment of what PRS stands for—empowerment, community, and positive change. Through her effective leadership and compassionate approach, she continues to contribute significantly to the workplace and beyond.
