Tiana Rogers joined the Portfolio Resident Services (PRS) team in 2019 as a Program Coordinator. Now serving as Human Resources Recruiter, Tiana describes her job as seeking passionate and innovative people to help build communities.

Tiana earned her Bachelor’s in Sociology with a concentration in Journalism at the University of Cincinnati. She has experience in both the social work and media fields including working in Los Angeles as a website editor, where she spent time writing, creating content and producing videos. She has seen her editorial work published, and continues to find joy in writing and other creative work.

Another passion for Tiana is giving back to her community. As a coordinator, she loved having the freedom to share her interests with residents, as well as help advocate for their desires, recognize their unique needs and provide them with the resources to succeed. As a recruiter, she enjoys finding the right person for the role — someone with kindness, drive and compassion — and giving them the opportunity to support communities under the PRS umbrella.

Tiana is proud of the career she has built and hopes to continue growing and learning at PRS. However, as a single mom, her four-year-old son will always be her greatest accomplishment, along with being able to support and provide a happy life for him each day. 

In her free time, Tiana loves to read, write and enjoy new meals and restaurants. She finds time to visit art galleries as another way to feed her love for expression. Most of all, she loves spending time with her toddler, often traveling to Monster Jam shows together.
