June 19, 2024 – The National Housing and Rehabilitation Association (NH&RA) reported on a meeting of the minds hosted by Jubilee Housing, including singer-songwriter John Legend among other affordable housing thought leaders.
Attendees toured developments and participated in a roundtable discussion with residents as part of Legend’s HUMANLEVEL Initiative in partnership with Brookings Institution.
NH&RA notes that Legend’s initiative offers a chance “to advance [affordable housing] research and policies addressing the root causes of inequality and to support community-led initiatives.”
